Following the publication of his books “Film Cameras” and “The Film Camera Catalog”, Jürgen Lossau’s large-format illustrated book “Film Projectors” is now available. It presents over 2,800 models of the narrow film formats 9.5mm, 16mm, 8mm, Super-8 and Single-8. “It includes everything that was on the market,” reports the author. “In addition to all the amateur devices, there are also cassette projectors, models from airplanes and many prototypes that never made it onto the market.”

In addition to a catalog section in which the devices are listed with technical data, photos and collector's prices, over 60 chapters report on projector manufacturers such as Agfa, Bauer, Beaulieu, Bell & Howell, Canon, Cirse, DeJur, Ditmar, Eiki, Elmo, Emel, Eumig, Fairchild, Fuji, Fumeo, Heurtier, Kodak, Leitz, Meopta, Minolta, Noris, Ozaphan, Pathé, Ricoh, Rollei, Sankyo, Siemens, Silma, Victor, Wittnauer, Yashica and Zeiss Ikon.
