Process:

Please provide all information, including your phone number, during the payment process. Send us the camera with a note containing the order number. Please also include a brief explanation of the camera's problems.

Upon receipt, the camera will be inspected and a cost estimate will be prepared. The entire process, including repair, can take up to 8 weeks.
