Character

Ilford Delta 400 is characterized by fine grain for its sensitivity and clear detail reproduction. The modern core-shell emulsion produces a comparatively smooth look with differentiated gray tones.

ISO 400 is suitable for changing light and handheld shooting. When exposing at a higher EI, the development must be adjusted accordingly. Grain and contrast may increase as a result.

Particularly suitable for portraits, reportage, travel, and street photography.
