AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY ACCEPT REPAIRS ON EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM US.

Our qualified workshop team will take care of your broken cameras, lenses and projectors. However, we do not have every spare part in stock and some problems are impossible to fix, so please bring your devices in our shop for a first check. This should help to avoid most future disappointments. The estimate is 30 euros and will be charged upon receipt of the device. Together with you, we set a maximum value for the repair costs.

If you do not live in Berlin, we will gladly send you the repaired device back. However, the delivery is only possible on site by you personally in our shop.
